Education is the key to success

Johannesburg-Department of Higher Education and Training hosted a National Skills Conference Birchwood Hotel East  Johannesburg on the 10th-11th of October which was aimed to raise awareness about different structures which are on place to help students to equip their skills and talents in different ways.

Education plays a vital role in the society but with the lack of skills in the different sectors that makes it to be more difficult to be achieved.

There are many challenges which are facing the education sector of this country (SA) - people with disability.“People with disability do not need to be discriminated against but needs to be empowered" said minister of higher education and training Dr Blade Ndzimande. The Minister have touches some aspects which the Department of HigherEducation wants to achieve, like the process of establishing leadership academy for students in associations like SRC to empower their leadership skills even out of University. 

Minister Blade Ndzimande makes it to be clear after finishing with his presentation that “the youth needs to avail themselves and use all the available resources to obtain and enhance their education skills in any sector which they want to undergo. It has been proven that availability of knowledge in this country is very high, it only needs to be acquired, like the use of Technology.
